Is this for you?

Orbit Control fits some teams perfectly, others need a different shape. Here's the honest breakdown.

GOShip now
  • You run AI workflows in production and need a single control plane.
  • You want to bring your own LLMs and tools without vendor lock-in.
  • You need observability and human-in-the-loop controls your CFO won't argue with.
~
MAYBEWorth a look
  • You're prototyping but not yet running anything customer-facing.
  • Your team is one engineer plus one product person — Orbit shines with 3+ collaborators.
  • You're all-in on a single LLM provider's stack and don't need orchestration.
×
NOT FOR YOUSkip for now
  • You don't run any AI yet — start with a notebook before adopting a control plane.
  • You need batch jobs without human review — Orbit's strength is the human-in-the-loop layer.
  • You're a regulated industry that requires on-prem only, today. (Self-hosted is a v1.3+ topic.)

Capabilities

Three things Orbit Control does that nothing else does together.

Orchestration without lock-in. Governance you can audit. Scale that respects the human.

01

Orchestrate any LLM and any tool

Bring OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, your own models, and your own tools. Orbit composes them — you don't rebuild your stack each quarter.

  • Multi-LLM routing with cost + latency policies
  • Tool registry: HTTP, code, database, custom
  • Workflow editor that maps to real production graphs
  • No vendor lock-in: switch providers per node
02

Govern every execution

Audit logs, RBAC, secrets in vault, and human approval gates. The compliance answer that doesn't slow your team down.

  • Append-only audit trail per execution
  • Role-based access on orchestrators, channels, secrets
  • Approval gates with timeout and fallback paths
  • PII redaction in logs (configurable, default-on)
03

Scale without losing the human in the loop

From one operator to a team of 50, Orbit's autonomy ramp lets you grant agency without giving up oversight.

  • Four autonomy levels: Assisted → Suggested → Approved → Autonomous
  • Per-orchestrator autonomy override
  • Human review queues for low-confidence outputs
  • Sampling policy for spot-check runs

Templates

Start from a proven shape, ship in days.

Three industry templates pre-wired with the right tools, prompts, and autonomy guardrails. Customize, deploy, and iterate.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Tier-1 customer support

Triage WhatsApp + email tickets, hand off to humans on low confidence, log every conversation to your CRM with a sentiment score. Pre-wired with WhatsApp Cloud API, GPT-4o, Spanish + English NLU.

OPERATIONS

Operations co-pilot

Watch your runbook channels, summarize on-call incidents, draft post-mortem timelines, and escalate when SLOs threaten breach. Connects to Slack, PagerDuty, and your incident database.

SALES

Outbound sales SDR

Qualify inbound leads from your form pipeline, draft personalized first emails, log every interaction to Salesforce or HubSpot. Bring your own CRM, your own ICP definition, your own LLM.

Autonomy levels

Trust grows in steps.

Start with the agent suggesting actions you approve. End with the agent acting on its own — when you're ready, not before.

L1 · ASSISTED

Suggests, you decide

Agent drafts every reply, action, and decision. Nothing leaves the queue without a human approval click.

Ideal for: First 90 days, regulated workflows, anything customer-facing.

L2 · SUGGESTED

Acts on greenlit playbooks

You whitelist specific playbooks the agent can run end-to-end. Everything else still routes through approval.

Ideal for: Repetitive ops, well-bounded workflows, internal tooling.

L3 · APPROVED

Acts by default, you intervene

Agent acts autonomously; humans get a feed of actions taken with one-click rollback. Confidence threshold gates the autonomous lane.

Ideal for: Mature workflows, established team trust, growing throughput needs.

L4 · AUTONOMOUS

Acts and reports

Agent runs the workflow. Humans review aggregated reports, not individual actions. Sampling policy + audit trail keep oversight intact.

Ideal for: Battle-tested workflows, low-risk decisions, scale beyond human review capacity.

Security

Built for the controls your security team already requires.

Encryption, audit trails, role-based access, and a documented compliance posture — so security review unblocks the rollout instead of stalling it.

Encryption in transit and at restTLS 1.2+ for every connection; AES-256 for data at rest in primary storage and backups.
Tamper-evident audit logEvery workflow change, agent action, and human override is recorded with actor, timestamp, and diff — retained and exportable.
Role-based access controlTenant-isolated workspaces with granular roles for owners, operators, builders, and read-only auditors.
SOC 2 and ISO postureSOC 2 Type II audit in progress; ISO 27001 roadmap published. DPA available on request.
Data residency choicesChoose where workflow state and audit data live; pin processing to specific regions for sovereignty requirements.
Documented incident responseRound-the-clock monitoring with on-call runbooks; status page communicates incidents and post-mortems in plain language.

FAQ

Answers to the questions teams ask us most.

If something else is on your mind, the next section's CTAs route to sales or signup.

01What is Orbit Control and who is it for?

Orbit Control is an agent orchestration platform for teams shipping AI-driven automations to production — customer support, ops, sales — with built-in audit, governance, and tunable autonomy. It fits teams who outgrew prompt-and-pray prototypes and need a control plane that survives security review.

02Which channels are supported today?

WhatsApp Cloud API is native at v1. Slack and Telegram are on the v1.2 roadmap. The channel layer is provider-agnostic, so additional channels plug in without rewriting workflows.

03Can I bring my own LLM provider?

Yes. Configure your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Mistral keys at the workspace level and Orbit will route through them — or use Orbit-managed credentials on the Free and Pro tiers if you'd rather skip the setup.

04How does pricing work and what's in the free tier?

Free includes one workflow, 100 executions per month, one channel, and a 7-day audit log. Pro at $49/mo (or $39/mo billed annually) unlocks unlimited workflows, 10,000 executions, all channels, BYO-LLM keys, and 10 seats. Enterprise is custom-priced with SSO, unlimited retention, and a contract.

05Where does my data live and how is it secured?

Production data lives in encrypted Postgres behind a private VPC; backups are AES-256 encrypted and replicated across availability zones. Connections require TLS 1.2 or newer. Data residency region is configurable on Enterprise.

06Do you hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 attestations?

SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress; the ISO 27001 roadmap is published and a DPA is available on request. We don't claim attestations we haven't completed — talk to sales for the current status letter.

07Can I self-host Orbit or do I need to use the cloud?

v1.1 is cloud-only on managed infrastructure. A self-hosted distribution is on the v1.2+ roadmap for Enterprise customers with strict data-locality requirements; until then, dedicated VPC and region pinning cover most needs.

08What integrations and APIs are available?

Orbit exposes a REST API for workflow triggers, agent state, and audit export, plus an event-driven webhook gateway for inbound channel events. Built-in integrations cover WhatsApp Cloud, common CRMs, and major LLM providers.

09How do team accounts, roles, and seat limits work?

Pro includes up to 10 seats with role-based access (owner, builder, operator, auditor). Enterprise adds SSO via SAML or OIDC and SCIM-driven provisioning; seats are scoped per workspace, not globally.

10How does Orbit compare to n8n, Zapier, or Make?

n8n, Zapier, and Make are great generic workflow builders. Orbit is purpose-built for agent orchestration: tunable autonomy levels, agent-grade audit trails, and channel-native primitives like the WhatsApp typing indicator. Existing n8n flows port over via the convert-to-file node and shared Zero-Mapping schemas.
